About Him: Meet Luis Cisneros. A current student who attends school at Metter College and Career Academy.

Roles at the Company:Luis works in at most of the process at the company. From handrling logistics and supply, budgetting and capital, manufacturing and delivering the products to all the customers.Luis works not by himself but witht he support of his family, tagging along difficult challenges with his father, which could be using a table saw or manuvering a hand-saw.

Achievements and Background: Luis has driven Charred Creations Co. To many achievements, first being Charred Creations hitting 50 total sales so far, with that number well on it's way to 100. Luis is also competing in a program called F.L.E.X which stands for Foundational Leadership and Entrepreneurship Experience. Where up to 10 different companies compete seeing who would place in top 1 to compete in the state competition all while learning new lessons and tips and tricks on how to be a better Entrepreneurship and drive a business towards succcses. Luis competed last year in 2024-2025 and ended up placing 3rd. earning the company $1,500 dollars for him to invest into the business and better it. This year Luis competes once more in the 2025-2026 competion one last time hoping to take first place.
